The purpose of this personal data protection policy is to inform you of Olyt's commitments and practical measures to ensure that your personal data is respected.
Olyt undertakes to comply with the regulations in force applicable to the processing of personal data and, in particular, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 in force since May 25, 2018.

Olyt only collects and processes the data that are strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are processed, thus respecting the principle of data minimization.

In this respect, in the event of death which is brought to our attention, your data will be deleted, unless it is necessary to keep it for a determined period for reasons relating to our legal and regulatory obligations and/or to the legal limitation periods, and after the where applicable, have been communicated to a third party possibly designated by you.
